Certificate in Public Policy
The College of Social Sciences offers a Graduate Certificate in Public Policy. The Center was conceptualized to enhance the quality of community life by educating professionals for careers in public life, conducting non partisan policy research and promoting civic engagement on issues of local, national and international significance. Students may specialize in the areas of:

  • land use and urban planning
  • conflict resolution
  • health policy
  • futures, energy, globalization, sustainability
  • women's issues
  • Asia and the Pacific
  • ethnic issues
  • disaster management
  • crime and delinquency
  • aging... among others.
