Community Programs
A major initiative of the Policy
Center is outreach through public policy forums to deliberate on significant
public issues. The Center forges collaborations through the Legislature
in Residence Program (LIR); partnerships with community organizations
such as the Hawaii Institute for Public affairs (HIPA) and the Hawaii
Public Policy Forums. The Center conducts an Annual Conference on an important
policy issue.
